Food and Beverage Prep
Napkins, Cups etc…
Set up tables – Display food/Drinks
(Work Directly With Zerbe about Shopping)
Also Responsible for Cleaning it up!


Floor Appearance- 2/2/2011 3:30pm
Make Sure all exhibit Pieces- 3D pedestals are set and secure-
Design Areas for public flow?


Event Coordinator: 5-7:30pm
Make sure people know what this is and where to go
Friendly, Informative- Market Gallery r and the Benefit!!

Break Down and Clean Up: 7:30-9
Make Sure things are kept clean During the show and are all cleaned and returned to proper functional appearance!!
Return Pedestals and 3D Work to Safe Secure Area
